HERMITAGE LANES FUTURE STARS YOUTH LEAGUES

The "Future" is NOW at HERMITAGE LANES, as our ever-popular and already exciting youth bowling program gets even BETTER! You want awards? We've got 'em! LOTS of 'em! And more chances to earn SCHOLARSHIPS than ever before. Read on to discover all we are offering this season at the lanes!!

Season Schedules

All FRIDAY & SATURDAY leagues will bowl three(3) 8-week sessions (except where noted). Each 8-week session will be its own "league" and a Champion will be crowned each session! Bowl in one, two, or all three sessions - it's your choice!

Awards

First Place teams for each session will receive a trophy and a $20 scholarship! Individual medals will be given each session to the top 3 boys & girls, in each of these areas: High Series, High Game, High Series Hdcp, High Game Hdcp. An award will be given to the top 1 boy & girl each session for High Average & Most Improved. All bowlers will receive a Certificate of Participation at the end of each session. Weekly awards for Bowler of the Week, and High Game and Series will still be given. And of course, USBC Youth Awards will be awarded as they are earned.

Also…returning this year will be awards for Bowler of the Month & Team of the Month! End of Season: At the end of all of our Fall/Winter leagues, there will be a Special "AWARDS DAY" where all bowlers who have bowled at least 2 of the 3 sessions will be eligible for special age-based awards!! Age Divisions for these awards are: Boys 8 & under; Girls 8 & under; Boys 9-11; Girls 9-11; Boys 12-14; Girls 12-14; Boys 15 &over; & Girls 15 & over. ALL-STAR TEAMS & BOWLER OF THE YEAR awards will be given in each of these divisions, as well as top bowlers in the Individual areas of High Average, High Series, High Game, High Series Hdcp, & High Game Hdcp. Scholarships, plaques, and other awards will be given for all of these honors at the AWARDS DAY!

Registration & Bowling Fees

Membership in the Future Stars Youth Program is $30.00, good for 1 year (Sept 2008 - Aug 2009). Bumper Bowling members will pay $20.00. This member fee also includes a one-year USBC Youth Standard Membership. If the bowler paid for a USBC membership through another center, then 5 free games of bowling will be issued. All bowlers must pay the same $30.00 fee, as this is how we fund our awards & scholarships for the upcoming season!

Bowling fees: All Friday & Saturday youth leagues (except where noted) will bowl three (3) 8-week sessions this season. All bowling fees will be paid UP-FRONT per session. You may pay for one, two, or all three sessions during registration, or on the first day of bowling. A discount will be given for paying more than one session up front. You also have the CHOICE of bowling one, two, or all three sessions! If you cannot pay for one session in full at the start, then we ask that you pay ½ of the session on Week #1, then the remaining half the next month. HERMITAGE LANES FUTURE STARS YOUTH LEAGUES 2008/09 SCHEDULE - NEXT SESSION START DATES

FUTURE STARS DOUBLES - Fridays at 4:30pm - Starts 11/7/2008
Ages: 8 - 19 / Bowl 3 games each week / 2 players per team
Cost is $64 per session + $30 Registration fee (one-time).

ME & MY BUDDY - Saturdays at 9:30am - Starts 11/1/2008
Ages: 3 - 8 & Adults / Bowl 2 games each week / 4 players per team Have a blast with your little one(s)! The kids bowl with bumpers - adults do not! 1 adult can bowl with 3 kids, or 2 adults & 2 kids can bowl together. It will be too much fun!!
Cost is $44 per session, per player + $20 Registration fee (child only).

FUTURE STARS YOUTH - Saturdays at 9:30am - Starts 11/1/2008
Ages: 6 - 12 / Bowl 3 games each week / 4 players per team
Cost is $64 per session + $30 Registration fee (one-time).

FUTURE STARS TEEN - Saturdays at 12:00pm - Starts 11/8/2008
Ages: 13 - 21 / Bowl 3 games each week / 4 players per team
Cost is $64 per session + $30 Registration fee (one-time).

MASTERS SCRATCH - Saturdays at 2:00pm - Starts 11/8/2008
(NOTICE:  Only full teams accepted for the next session!)
Ages: 10 - 21 / Bowl 3 games each week / 3 players per team An exclusive, competitive no-handicap youth league for experienced players. Boys should have a 175+ avg & girls should have a 165+ avg to join this league! Lots of competition and scholarships available in this league.
Cost is $80 per session + $30 Registration fee (one-time).

**All of the above leagues bowl (3) 8-week sessions. Bowl in one, two, or all three sessions. Each session fee is due prior to the first week of the session. Registration fee is also due before bowling in league(s).
